You're here. That's the hardest part.
Whether you’ve been thinking about therapy for a while or just started looking today, the fact that you’re reading this means something has already shifted. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet.
We offer a range of supportive services to partner with you in growth and discovery. As you learn new ways to navigate life's challenges, we aim to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others.
Online Therapy
Every session is delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so you can access real support from anywhere in California.
No commute, no waiting room, just one-on-one time with your therapist.
Individual Therapy
Anxious, grieving, or unsure of what comes next, whatever brings you in, individual therapy is where we work together to build awareness, support real change, and strengthen the relationship that shapes every other one you have. The one you have with yourself.
$200 per session
Couples/Relationship Therapy
We offer a non-judgmental space to learn effective communication, resolve conflict, and deepen intimacy. Whether you're struggling or want a stronger foundation, we'll work together to help you reconnect. We also support family members, close friends, 2SLGBTQIA+ relationships, and ethical non-monogamy constellations.
$250 per session
Premarital Counseling
Rather than just fixing existing problems, we focus on proactively strengthening your unique bond. Together, we will map out alignments, navigate differences, and safely address future conflicts before they impact your connection, providing the expert space you need to prepare for a thriving future. We use evidence-based approaches and are certified Prepare/Enrich providers.
$150 per session (workbook included)
The Difference Therapy Can Make
-
Before Therapy
You say "I'm fine" so often you almost believe it.
The same arguments, the same spiral, the same exhaustion.
You pour into everyone else and wonder why you're empty.
You feel more like a role than a person.
The people closest to you get the worst version of you.
-
After Therapy
You feel like yourself, not just the version of you that's surviving.
You stop carrying everything alone.
You set boundaries without guilt.
You actually look forward to things again.
Your relationships feel closer, not heavier.
