Schedule a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance for your potential therapist to introduce themselves and for you to share what brings you to therapy. We'll answer your questions and walk you through the process. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll help get you scheduled. If not, or if you just need a different approach, we’ll gladly provide recommendations to help you find the right person.

02 | Let’s Schedule.

If you and your therapist agree it’s a good match, we’ll book your first session. Next, you’ll receive an email to set up your online client portal. Please log in to complete the initial questionnaires, which help your therapist understand your needs. You will also need to e-sign consent forms, upload your insurance, demographic, and payment details. Once that is done, you are all set!

03 | Let’s Begin.

Now that the paperwork is completed, you are officially booked and ready to start! Your first few sessions will primarily focus on your therapist getting to know more about you and building a safe, comfortable connection. Having a strong, authentic relationship with your therapist is the foundation of effective care and shapes your healing journey ahead.
