Sarah Kindred, AMFT, APCC

Hi, I’m Sarah—and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

For over six years, I’ve supported teens and young adults through some of life’s most challenging (and transformative) seasons. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or the pressures of school, relationships, and figuring out who you are in this world—I offer a safe, judgment-free space to be seen, heard, and supported.

My style is grounded, empathetic, and real. I’m not here to lecture or give generic advice. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on inside and work with you to move toward clarity and confidence. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused work, tailored to what fits you best. I also specialize in working with individuals exploring identity, whether that means navigating gender, sexuality, culture, faith, or personal values.

As a proud LGBTQIA+ ally, I deeply value inclusivity and connection. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and walks of life—and I believe your story deserves to be honored with care, curiosity, and respect.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you grow into who you’ve always been beneath the anxiety, self-doubt, or pain. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
