Approach:

I'm warm, I'm curious, and I'm not going to make you follow a script. I'm trained in CBT, ACT, and solution-focused methods, and I shape each session around where you actually are, not where a textbook says you should be. I'm a proud LGBTQIA+ ally, and I show up for every client with cultural sensitivity, genuine care, and the kind of space where you can say the real thing without worrying about how it sounds.

Who I work with:

I work with adults and teens who are done going through the motions and ready to actually deal with what's underneath. A lot of my clients are the ones who show up for everyone else but can't remember the last time someone showed up for them. They're capable, thoughtful people who've been carrying more than they let on and are finally ready to do something about it.

If you've spent years feeling like no one really gets you, or you've been performing a version of yourself that doesn't feel true anymore, this is a space where you can drop that and figure out who you actually are.

How I can help:

We work through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, life transitions, and that deep, quiet feeling of never being fully understood. Early sessions are about getting honest about what's been going on and starting to see the patterns that have been running in the background. From there we build practical tools that actually fit your life, not generic advice, but real strategies for managing your emotions, setting boundaries, and making decisions from a grounded place.

You can expect to walk away with a clearer sense of who you are, what you need, and how to stop abandoning yourself for everyone else.

What my clients say about working with me:

That I'm warm but I don't sugarcoat things. That they feel safe enough to say the hard stuff out loud, sometimes for the first time. That I listen in a way that makes them feel like what they're saying actually matters. And that the work we do together helps them stop second-guessing themselves and start trusting their own instincts again.

Off the clock:

I decompress with good TV and movies, spend time with my cats, and make sure I get quality time with family and friends.
