Approach:

I'm calm, I'm steady, and I'm not going to overcomplicate things. I draw from mindfulness, CBT, and solution-focused methods, and I build each session around what's actually going on with you, not a predetermined checklist. I believe real change is possible for everyone who walks through the door, and I show up with the kind of presence that lets you slow down long enough to figure out what you need.

Who I work with:

I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like they're just going through the motions without knowing why. Some of my clients are dealing with something specific. Others just know that something feels off and they're ready to figure out what it is.

A lot of the people I see have been sitting with their stress for a long time, either because they didn't think it was "bad enough" for therapy or because they never had someone they felt comfortable talking to. If that sounds like you, you don't need a crisis to walk through the door. You just need to be tired of doing it alone.

How I can help:

I keep things grounded, honest, and collaborative. Sessions with me feel more like a real conversation than a clinical exercise. We work through anxiety, life transitions, stress, identity questions, relationship struggles, and whatever else is weighing on you, at a pace that makes sense for where you are.

I draw from mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical problem-solving, and I shape every session around what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all plan. The goal is to help you understand yourself better, build tools that work in your real life, and start moving forward with more clarity and less noise in your head.

What my clients say about working with me:

That I'm calm and steady without being passive. That they feel heard in a way they haven't before. That I bring enough warmth to make them feel safe and enough honesty to help them actually grow. And that sessions with me feel like talking to someone who genuinely cares and isn't just going through the motions.

Off the clock:

When I'm not in session, you'll find me working on my novel, reading, rewatching holiday movies well before December, and playing video games with my brother. I'm also drawn to wellness practices and finding ways to bring creativity and humor into everyday life.
