Approach:

I bring a calm, grounded, and client-centered approach to therapy. Drawing from mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, and solution-focused methods, I tailor each session to where you are and what you actually need rather than following a rigid formula. I show up for every client with warmth, steady presence, and a genuine belief that real change is possible.

Who I work with and how I can help:

I work with everyone from ages 12-112 who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and anything else that is causing distress in their life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward and they’re looking for a space where they can explore those feelings with support and honesty.

My approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and collaboration. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can get curious about your experiences and develop practical tools for growth. Whether we’re working through anxious thoughts, communication struggles, or questions of purpose and direction, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I offer therapy via telehealth to make support accessible and flexible for your schedule.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients often share that they feel genuinely heard and understood in our sessions. They describe me as calm, thoughtful, and steady; and they appreciate that I bring a balance of compassion and clarity, helping them make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.

Off the clock:

When I am not in session, you will find me working on my novel, reading, rewatching holiday movies way before December, and playing video games with my brother. I am also drawn to wellness practices and finding ways to bring creativity and humor into everyday life.
