Consultation for Therapists.

You’re the one people come to for help. So where do you go when you’re the one who’s overwhelmed?

Whether you’re just starting out, running on empty, or somewhere in between, I offer therapist-to-therapist consultations to help you find clarity, direction, and relief. These are not cookie-cutter business coaching sessions. This is real-world support from a fellow therapist who’s built a private practice, faced compassion fatigue, and figured out how to make this career sustainable and fulfilling, without burning it all down.

Topics might include:

❖ Starting or scaling a private practice

❖ Navigating burnout and vicarious trauma

❖ Setting boundaries with clients (and yourself)

❖ Making the shift from employee to entrepreneur

❖ Building a caseload that actually energizes you

❖ Creating structure and systems that work for your brain

❖ Handling money, marketing, and mindset issues

❖ Finding your voice and getting your passion back

This space is here for you to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you're not alone…and that it's okay to want more ease in your career.

Clinical Case Consultation.

Sometimes you just need a second brain.

Clinical consultation sessions are available for therapists looking to talk through complex cases, trauma dynamics, countertransference, ethical gray zones, or anything that’s got you feeling stuck or uncertain. My clinical lens is trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and systems-focused. I bring 18 years of experience across diverse settings — private practice, hospitals, non-profits, academia — and a calm, collaborative style that’s never judgmental.

You can come to these sessions to:

❖ Process difficult client interactions

❖ Consult on trauma, family systems, or cultural dynamics

❖ Clarify treatment planning and progress

❖ Get perspective on professional boundaries

❖ Reflect on your own emotional responses

❖ Stay grounded and ethical in challenging work

These conversations are confidential, collaborative, and meant to remind you: you’re doing hard, meaningful work and you don’t have to hold it all alone.

“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.”

~ Brené Brown
