Approach:

I combine mindfulness-based techniques, such as meditation and breathing exercises, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions and a solutions-focused approach. My work is client-centered, meeting you where you are and tailoring our sessions to fit your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and respected.

Who I help:

I work with everyone from ages 12-112 who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and anything else that is causing distress in their life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward and they’re looking for a space where they can explore those feelings with support and honesty.

How I help:

My approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and collaboration. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can get curious about your experiences and develop practical tools for growth. Whether we’re working through anxious thoughts, communication struggles, or questions of purpose and direction, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I offer therapy via telehealth to make support accessible and flexible for your schedule.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients often share that they feel genuinely heard and understood in our sessions. They describe me as calm, thoughtful, and steady; and they appreciate that I bring a balance of compassion and clarity, helping them make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.

Off the clock:

Outside of therapy, you’ll find me working on writing my novel, reading, rewatching holiday movies long before December, and playing video games with my brother. I also enjoy learning about wellness practices and finding new ways to bring creativity and humor into everyday life.
