Clinical Supervision.
Becoming a therapist is a dynamic journey—equal parts thrilling, challenging, and transformative. Supervision is the cornerstone of that journey, where you lay the groundwork for a meaningful career. We’re here to guide you through it with clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself as a clinician. Few things are as rewarding to us as watching our associates grow into their skills and embrace their potential.
With our roots in an eclectic mix of psychotherapy, we bring a practical, grounded approach to supervision, blending real-world insights with a touch of mindfulness. When we meet, you’ll get more than just case reviews—you’ll step into a supportive, reflective space designed to foster both your professional growth and personal development as a clinician. We might kick off with a quick grounding exercise to settle in, and we’ll often ask for your thoughts before sharing ours. Our aim is to help you trust your clinical instincts while offering the tools, knowledge, and feedback to sharpen your skills and build your confidence.
Our Approach.
Supervision with us is tailored to where you are in your journey, guided by two core frameworks:
❖ The Developmental Model – Every clinician evolves through distinct stages. If you’re just starting out, you might need structure, hands-on support, and encouragement as you find your footing. As you grow, you’ll refine your approach, deepen your expertise, and step into greater independence. We adapt supervision to meet you at each stage, balancing support with the right level of challenge.
❖ The Discrimination Model – Your needs shift moment to moment, and so does our role. As teachers, we’ll build your clinical skills, clarify theory, and share practical strategies. As counselors, we’ll help you process your emotional reactions and personal growth tied to your work. As consultants, we’ll offer guidance while empowering you to develop your own clinical voice.

Clinical Case Consultation.
Sometimes you just need a second brain.
Clinical consultation sessions are available for therapists looking to talk through complex cases, trauma dynamics, countertransference, ethical gray zones, or anything that’s got you feeling stuck or uncertain. My clinical lens is trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and systems-focused. I bring 18 years of experience across diverse settings — private practice, hospitals, non-profits, academia — and a calm, collaborative style that’s never judgmental.
You can come to these sessions to:
❖ Process difficult client interactions
❖ Consult on trauma, family systems, or cultural dynamics
❖ Clarify treatment planning and progress
❖ Get perspective on professional boundaries
❖ Reflect on your own emotional responses
❖ Stay grounded and ethical in challenging work
These conversations are confidential, collaborative, and meant to remind you: you’re doing hard, meaningful work and you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Consultation For Therapists.
You’re the one people come to for help. So where do you go when you’re the one who’s overwhelmed?
Whether you’re just starting out, running on empty, or somewhere in between, I offer therapist-to-therapist consultations to help you find clarity, direction, and relief. These are not cookie-cutter business coaching sessions. This is real-world support from a fellow therapist who’s built a private practice, faced compassion fatigue, and figured out how to make this career sustainable and fulfilling, without burning it all down.
Topics might include:
❖ Starting or scaling a private practice
❖ Navigating burnout and vicarious trauma
❖ Setting boundaries with clients (and yourself)
❖ Making the shift from employee to entrepreneur
❖ Building a caseload that actually energizes you
❖ Creating structure and systems that work for your brain
❖ Handling money, marketing, and mindset issues
❖ Finding your voice and getting your passion back
This space is here for you to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you're not alone…and that it's okay to want more ease in your career.
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
