Hello, I’m Sarah — So Glad You’re Here

For over six years, I’ve been supporting teens and young adults as they navigate things like figuring out who they are, building self-esteem, and working through anxiety or depression. I’m a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and deeply care about connecting with people from all backgrounds—I’m here to listen and understand where you’re coming from.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and I’m all about creating a peaceful, nurturing space where you feel truly heard. My approach is down-to-earth and genuine—I’ll hold space with you, explore what’s going on, and use approaches like CBT, ACT, and solution-focused guidance to help you move forward. We’ll face challenges together, value what you’ve been through, and shift old patterns holding you back, all with empathy and care at the core.

I’m honored to walk with you toward healing and growth. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or finding your footing, I’m here—ready to support you every step of the way.
