Sarah Kindred, MFTT
Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee | Life Coach
Hello, I’m Sarah Kindred, a pre-licensed therapist currently in the process of completing hours required for my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal Southern University.
We all carry our own unique stories, yet we share a universal need for support during life's most challenging moments. My focus is to create a peaceful, nurturing space and ultimately provide support for others as they navigate life's twists and turns.
With over half a decade of experience, I've worked closely with teens and young adults with issues like identity development, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and have experience working with individuals from all walks of life.
My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, authenticity, and evidenced-based techniques such as CBT, ACT and solution-focused guidance. In sessions, I will work closely with you to navigate challenges, validate your lived experiences, and challenge old patterns that no longer serve you. I'm honored to be part of your journey towards inner peace and personal growth.
