Clinical Supervision.

Guidance That Builds Confidence and Clinical Strength

Becoming a therapist is a transformational process — full of learning curves, vulnerability, and growth. Supervision is where it all comes together: clinical skills, self-awareness, and your unique voice as a therapist.

Our approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in an eclectic mix of trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and systems-based frameworks. In supervision, we go beyond case review. You’ll get space to reflect, ask questions, and explore your own emotional responses in a supportive, judgment-free setting.

Sessions might include brief grounding exercises, real-time feedback, or space to unpack countertransference, ethics, and clinical stuck points. We tailor our time to where you are in your journey; whether you're just starting out or stepping into private practice.

The goal? To help you grow into a confident, ethical, and self-aware clinician, with the tools, insight, and support to thrive in a career that’s both meaningful and sustainable.

Consultation for Therapists.

Because Sometimes You Just Need a Second Brain

You’re the one others turn to, but that doesn’t mean you should carry it all alone. Whether you’re new to the field, managing a full caseload, or somewhere in between, consultation offers a space to reflect, reset, and move forward with more clarity.

With over 18 years of experience in private practice, hospitals, non-profits, and academia, we bring a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and systems-based lens to our work. My style is collaborative, grounded, and always judgment-free.

We can focus on clinical questions, career decisions, emotional overwhelm, or anything in between. Topics often include:

❖ Complex trauma cases
❖ Countertransference and boundaries
❖ Burnout and vicarious trauma
❖ Practice-building and mindset blocks
❖ Navigating transitions or ethical dilemmas

This is your space to feel supported, think things through, and remember you’re not alone in this work.
